Winter has a way of slowing us down. The days are quieter, the light is softer, and our bodies crave food that feels grounding yet nourishing. This winter salad was created with that exact rhythm in mind—fresh, vibrant ingredients balanced with roasted warmth and gentle sweetness.
It’s the kind of salad that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. It stands on its own. A salad you’d serve for lunch on a slow afternoon, or alongside a beautiful dinner when friends gather around the table and linger a little longer.
Roasted butternut squash brings warmth and depth. Crisp apples or pears add a refreshing bite. Pomegranate arils burst with brightness, while toasted nuts and creamy goat cheese create that perfect contrast of texture and richness. Finished with a simple vinaigrette, this salad is winter comfort—refined.
